MOOVA didn’t start as a transport company... it started on the tools as an SME Fabricator that required a lot of Logistics.

Back in 2012, we were fabricating, fitting out moving and activating shipping containers running hi-ab side loaders, crane trucks, and tilt trays to coordinate installs across Queensland. 

We worked hands-on with builders, suppliers, and site crews and that’s where we saw the problem firsthand.

When a job suddenly needed urgent parts, tools, or materials, the service just wasn’t there. Drivers didn’t show up. Calls went unanswered. Deadlines slipped. So we started running our own urgent pickups to keep projects moving. 

That simple act...getting it done ourselves  became the foundation of  MOOVA.

By 2015, we’d traded fabrication bays for open roads, building a logistics business focused on personal service, communication, and reliability.

We launched MOOVA with one ute, one trailer, and a 24/7 mindset, with a dependable team always ready, always moving.

When COVID-19 hit in 2020, everything changed. While others shut down, we geared up, helping essential services stay operational through courier deliveries, micro moves, waste transport, and junk haulage. 

The construction and mining booms that followed brought new demand for urgent hotshot deliveries and MOOVA was already built for it.

Our Waste & Haulage Division, founded in 2019, grew rapidly through those years and by 2024 evolved into its own standalone brand,  

1300 JUNK TAXI, proudly part of the MOOVA Group.

Today, MOOVA is still owner-operated, with our founders hands-on in the business and backed by a dependable network of drivers, installers, and contractors. 

From fabrication floors, rental businesses to mine sites, metro deliveries to outback hotshots, we’ve built a name on trust, reliability, and hard work.
